My dreams are filled with your touching
Soft gentle caresses and sharp stinging
Every stroke keeps my body singingI long for your cuff’s embrace

Keeping me bound in place
Smile of bliss on my lips
As I feel the bite of the whip
Written for Quadrille 121: Let’s Embrace at dVerse. It’s a poem of 44 words, excluding the title. It can be in any form, rhymed or unrhymed, metered, or unmetered. You must use the word “embrace” or some form of the word in your poem (not simply the title).
Since it is LGTB history month (in the UK). I went back to the forbidden poetry of the inglenook.
Read other Quadrilles by me here.
This made me smile. Not my thing, but to each his or her own! 😏 And I went back to read your Inglenook poem. I missed that prompt.
To each his own.
Shades of Tom Lehrer’s ‘Masochism Tango’ :-)
Well this quadrille has the bite of passion and a lot of naughty …. loved it!
A consensual “cuff’s embrace” takes my mind to other places :) As John Lennon sang, “Whatever gets you through the night…”
I love how the unique direction of this embrace, and the pleasure of the binds you capture.
The layers, the things we embrace, or we allow to embrace us. Even the beauty of pain can be embraced, potent.
As I always say different strokes for different folks.
Well hello! It’s getting hot in here! This is gorgeously sensual! 😍😍
This is steamy… that whip connected well to the title.
