As summer temperatures soar. My appetite dwindle. A toast or two for breakfast, then mostly water, fruits and vegetables until a late supper sees me eating a dubbel portion.
So for the fourth time in a week lunch was strawberries with a small dollop of whipped cream. Followed by a green apple, or two. In-between snacks of a glass of smoothie keeps me going.
