In the cool moonlight

The warmth of your touch
In my mind
Lingers
The memory of your kiss
Makes my lips
Tingle
Remembering how our bodies moved
And our passion
Intermingled
All through the night
Until both were too exhausted to lift
A finger
It’s a beautiful full moon tonight!

What lovely words you have spun together. There is nothing like lingering with a lover.
Passionate and just on time for the full moon tonight!
Beautiful, sensual, and full of passion!

– This reminds me of summer romance under the full moon.
I love the moonshots you chose. I also like the rhyming structure and the shape of the poem. Lovely thoughtbytes flowing down the page, each standing alone but together painting a picture.
This sounds like a wild night of passion sure to lead to lingering memories!
I love the rhyming, the distrubed meter, and the use of shape here.
R.C.,
Perfect for a full moon night! Loved the internal rhymes that you use so effectively.
